Sales and Contracting Conditions
Before contracting any of the services or info-products available on www.elisabetrd.com, it is important to read these conditions and the terms that apply to the provision of the services offered here.
These conditions may be modified at any time. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, as the conditions in effect at the time of entering into each Contract (as defined below) or, in the absence of this, at the time of using the website, will be applicable.
The services and info-products offered are only available to legal entities and individuals who are at least 18 years old.
The contracting process will follow the following steps:
Electronic contracting of financial empowerment programs:
- The user, after viewing the sales page of this service and, if necessary, contacting the company’s team, will proceed to make the purchase on the sales page.
- To do this, the user will fill in the requested data: identification data and payment data. Subsequently, they will provide their billing information in response to the confirmation email.
- After filling in the data, they will have to accept the terms and conditions and enter the credit card number to proceed with payment through the Stripe gateway, which complies with all security standards.
- Once this step is completed, the user will receive a purchase confirmation email, which will serve as proof of purchase. Subsequently, when they have provided the billing information, the invoice will be sent to them.
- Within a maximum of 10 days, access to the course will be granted, and in the following weeks, synchronous working sessions will be scheduled on the dates established between the start and end of the program.
- The contracting process will be conducted solely in Spanish, which will also be the language in which all documentation will be delivered.

Coaching and Mentoring Contracting
- The user, after viewing one of the sales pages of the mentioned services (Finpowerness Woman and Biz.Finlligent Woman) and having an individual interview with the company’s team, will express their interest in contracting either by phone or video conference or by emailing info@elisabetrd.com.
- The necessary data for payment by bank transfer will be provided by email. At that time, billing information will be requested by email. Once that information is provided, the invoice will be sent to the client as soon as possible.
- Within the first 15 days, an appointment will be scheduled between the client and the company for the first mentoring or coaching session, during which the procedure to be followed will be specified.
- The contracting process will be conducted solely in Spanish, which will also be the language in which all documentation will be delivered.

Prices and Taxes
The prices applicable to each product and/or service are those indicated on the website on the date the order is placed, plus the corresponding VAT for transactions within Spanish territory, which is currently 21%.
Payment will be made in advance, 100%, and the services will be provided once the payment is confirmed.
For some services, depending on the amount of the service, the option to split the payment into 2 or more installments will be available.
The prices of the services and products may change at any time at the sole and exclusive discretion of Elisabet.RD. The services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers.
Reasonable Use Clause
All implementation services are subject to a reasonable use clause. The definition of reasonable use is determined by Elisabet Ruiz Dotras (www.elisabetrd.com), at its sole and exclusive discretion. Clients whom Elisabet Ruiz Dotras (www.elisabetrd.com) considers to be abusing the contracted service will be contacted to establish the conditions of use on a case-by-case basis.
Elisabet Ruiz Dotras (www.elisabetrd.com) reserves the right to deny access to the contracted services to users who engage in activities that violate their code of conduct, such as:
- Unauthorized dissemination of materials provided in the performance of the programs.
- Engaging in activities that violate intellectual property rights.
The reproduction, modification, communication, or distribution, by any means, public or private, of the content provided to the client as a result of the contracted services is expressly prohibited.
Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal is the ability of a consumer of a good to return it within a legal period without having to provide any explanation or suffer a penalty.
The characteristics of the services provided prevent the possibility of withdrawal in accordance with the cases provided for in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and the Commercial Law for the following two reasons:
- Individual sessions and “tailor-made” training, coaching, or mentoring.
- Access to digital content of training programs involves access to sound or video recordings, as well as computer files, provided electronically, which can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use. Accessing the digital content through the unique access keys provided therefore implies the loss of the right of withdrawal.
However, the user will have a period of fourteen days to terminate the contract for the services contracted, provided they have not begun.
In that case, the right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending an email to info@elisabetrd.com requesting a refund of the amount paid and stating the reason for the withdrawal, which will be carried out within 30 calendar days from the date of such communication.
Limitation of Liability
The information and services included or available through this website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Periodically, the Owner incorporates improvements and/or changes to the information contained and/or the services, which may be made at any time.
The Owner will not be responsible for any consequences, damages, or harm that may arise from the misuse of the products or services supplied.
The Owner will also not be liable for the failure to achieve the proposed objectives, as it is an external advisory service subject to multiple external variables, especially the individual’s behavior with their money, their training and dedication, their prior knowledge, and the correct implementation of the presented recommendations and advice.
The Owner will do everything possible within its means to help the Client achieve the jointly planned results. However, the Client must be aware that there are certain uncontrollable risks in the economy that cannot be predicted and that can directly impact the results of their finances.
The Owner does not declare or guarantee that the services or content will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the server making it available will be free of viruses or other harmful components, without prejudice to the fact that the Owner makes every effort to avoid such incidents.
The Owner disclaims any responsibility in the event of interruptions or malfunction of the Services or content offered on the Internet, regardless of the cause. Likewise, the Owner is not responsible for network outages, temporary power outages, or any other type of indirect damage that may be caused by causes beyond the Owner’s control.
Before making decisions and/or taking actions based on the information included on the website, the Owner recommends verifying and contrasting the information received with other sources.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and the Sales and Contracting Conditions are governed in their entirety by Spanish law.
Insofar as there is no provision to the contrary, for any questions arising regarding the interpretation, application, and compliance with this Legal Notice, as well as any claims that may arise from its use, the parties agree to submit to the Judges and Courts of the province of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
